To the Women Who Are Tired, Trying, and Still Showing Up

If you’re reading this while feeling overwhelmed, worn down, or quietly carrying more than you let on, this is for you.

Life has a way of asking a lot from women. We give, we nurture, we fix, we hold families, friendships, jobs, and dreams together—often while our own hearts are running on fumes. Some of you are grieving. Some are fighting battles no one sees. Some are smiling in public while breaking in private. And some are just plain exhausted from being strong for too long.

Let me remind you of something important: you are not weak for struggling. You are human.

Struggle does not mean failure. It means you are still in the game. It means you care. It means you are growing, even when it feels messy and slow. Some seasons are not about thriving—they’re about surviving with grace, resting without guilt, and learning to breathe again.

You do not have to have it all figured out. You do not have to be cheerful every day. You do not have to explain your pain to earn compassion.

You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to say, “this is hard.” You are allowed to choose yourself.

And please hear this clearly: you do not walk alone. There is power in women gathering, laughing, crying, resting, and reminding each other of who we are when we forget. Even on days you feel invisible, you matter deeply. Your presence changes rooms. Your story has value. Your healing is not behind schedule.

If today feels heavy, take it one step at a time. If your heart feels bruised, be gentle with it.If hope feels distant, borrow some of ours—we have plenty to share.

Better days are not a myth. They are ahead, even if you can’t see them yet. And until then, let this space be a place where you can exhale, be real, and be held by women who understand.

You are stronger than you feel. You are worthy of rest and joy. And you are deeply loved—right now, exactly as you are.

With sisterhood, compassion, and so much light 🤍

“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
