Our Mission
When the justice system fails, silence is not an option. Divine Emerald Truth & Justice LLC was created to stand in the gap for those who have been wrongfully convicted and the families left fighting for truth.
We combine advocacy, strategy, and faith to bring awareness, expose inconsistencies, and push for accountability.
We advocate, educate, and empower families fighting wrongful convictions. Justice should NEVER be compromised.
Truth. Justice. Faith
Divine Emerald Truth & Justice was created out of pain, faith, and unwavering belief in truth. After witnessing firsthand, the devastating impact of a wrongful conviction we made the decision to turn our heartache into purpose. What began as a personal fight for justice has grown into a mission to help others navigate the same broken system.
We understand what it means to feel unheard, overwhelmed, and desperate for answers. That is why we are committed to standing beside families, helping them organize their case, amplify their voice, and pursue justice with clarify and strength. Our mission is to bring truth to light, advocate for justice and empower families with the tools and voice they need to fight back.
BEYOND THE VERDICT
Case Research & Advocacy
Divine Emerald Truth & Justice provides case research and advocacy support for individuals and families seeking a closer look at a criminal conviction. We help review and organize court records, trial transcripts, police reports, evidence, and appellate filings to identify inconsistencies, unanswered questions, and potential areas of concern. We also assist families with public-records research, case timelines, advocacy materials, and preparing information for attorneys, innocence organizations, or other appropriate resources.
We are advocates, not attorneys, and do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

From Trial to Truth: Understanding Wrongful Convictions
After navigating thousands of pages of transcripts, court filings, and constitutional errors, I realized families are often left in the dark. In the next few weeks, I will be hosting a workshop to change that. This workshop will focus on the following.
-
How to read a criminal trial transcript
-
How to identify red flags in jury instructions
-
Understanding post-conviction relief options
-
How to organize records for attorneys
-
When and how to involve media
-
Protecting your loved one’s constitutional right
If you or someone you know would benefit from this workshop, please forward them the link and encourage them to sign-up.
