Defense Brief

Once you get through the transcripts check out the appeal brief filed by John's Attorney's. While I think they dropped the ball with a lot of stuff regarding John's trial, they clearly stated FACTS in their brief, even the response brief was incomparable to the State. Read all three briefs and I guarantee you'll feel the same way.

You can notice the significant difference in the Defense and State's brief. My opinion, again just my observation. The State's brief looked like a copy and paste from previous briefs he drafted up in the past. No joke, I did a mass search on all briefs this appeals prosecutor submitted, and every single one started off the same. The first 5 pages were identical. Don't believe, do your due diligence and check it out!
