Neglect

I've neglected the one thing I enjoy doing, writing. I stress the importance of self-care daily to my friends, family, and patients yet here I am neglecting my whole life! I guess it's what mothers do.

I met with the Attorney yesterday. Pretty sure he fired me. That seems to be a popular thing with people I hire. I'm almost positive my nail tech has wanted to fire me for years! It's a good thing I have an amiable personality.

I had to sign and swear off on my affidavit regarding the dash cam. You know what sucks sometimes, the fact that I can't lie or even stretch the truth. If something is wrong, or I don't agree with something, I speak up. I won't sign a sworn document unless it truly is factual.

I would never make it as a politician or as an employee in the judicial system. I'm not certain I've come across one individual who is honest, or loyal.

We seem to take one step forward, only to get knocked back 30. Every single time we make some progress the courts hit us with a "affirmed".

One thing I've noticed after reading every brief or response, there is a ZERO percent chance the Appeals court reviewed all the evidence in it's entirety. ZERO!

The latest response from the 7th district was "while appellate has good arguments on the metadata regarding the dash cam we still believe with WITNESS testimony the jury would found him guilty on all charges". Whattt!!!

We had JURORS SIGN AFFIDAVITS stating it was the OJI that screwed them up. NOT the witness testimony! Not to mention trial transcripts that PROVE the defense attempted to impeach the daughter only for the BIASED Judge to "overrule" it. Three witnesses for the State, THREE different stories. Like, HELLO!

Since A&E aired I've had a handful of people from all over the world reach out regarding John's case. Some offering to help, while others sympathized with John. I've gotten more support from total strangers, than I have our friends. It's amazing to me.

A few of you asked what you can do to help, and I am cashing in on that help today! We are currently waiting for the Supreme Court to make a decision based on ineffective assistance of counsel. I am begging, pleading, praying some of you can send letters to the Supreme Court just to bring awareness on John's case. I can't expect anyone to rule in his favor, without going over the evidence and FACTS of the case.

If they hear the social injustice regarding his case, then maybe, just maybe one of the Justice's will review everything.

I am hoping to have them sent out by the end of this week, early of next week for those of you who want to writer. I am simply asking for the FACTS to be noted.

Witness testimony: the daughter was encouraged to lie

Dash cam: tampered with, chain of custody

That this incident was a setup by the wife and a coverup by the courts.

I need John's story heard/discovered. As much as I hate admitting it, I need a village! I can't do it alone and would appreciate the extra assist! For those of you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out! If you haven't done so already, please sign his petition at change.org John Morgan retrial

In case you need a good laugh for the night, check out the State's response to John's State Appeal. It kind of sounded like a personal attack on John's Attorney.

Above everything else, PLEASE KEEP PRAYING!!

Matthew 19:26 But Jesus looked at them and said, 'With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.
