State's response

I'm hitting all of these in one day but scheduling for back-to-back posts. I spent my New Year posting these, superstition is if you spend your time doing something on New Years, you will spend the next 365 days doing the same thing.

I just spent a majority of my day researching, investigating, and posting. Which means the next 365 days I will be doing the same thing. Guess what, I live for this stuff. I don't mind at all. If you don't believe that the State has used this same brief in previous appeals, go look for yourself. I don't believe that you can have this much of a coincidence in 5 separate appeals. Those are just the one's I looked into. I'm sure there's more.
